I, ______, hereby authorize Arabella Marketing And PR LLC (Dear Arabella and Alt-Bella Magazine),  to use my photographs, reproduce, and/or publish photographs and/or video that may pertain to me or photographed by me, or my event including my images, likeness and/or voice without compensation.  For my feature in any of the Arabella Magazines, Arabella Films and/or Arabella client projects.  I understand that this material may be used in either Dear Arabella, Alt-Bella Magazine, Arabella Films, or client projects reviewed with me. Content may also be posted along with your credit on Arabella's or booking client's Facebook, YouTube, IG,or www.arabellamarketingandpr.com 

This authorization is continuous and may only be withdrawn by my specific rescission of this authorization. Consequently, the Corporation or project sponsor may publish materials, use my name, photograph, and/or refer to me in any manner that the Corporation or project sponsor deems appropriate to promote/publicize Dear Arabella Magazine, Alt-Bella Magazine, Arabella Films, or Arabella Client Content. By signing I agree to take full responsibility of my property and personal health while shooting at any Arabella live events, magazine photos, films, and/ or Arabella client projects.
